The idea of artist KWK in this painting, in Burmese belief, it is called an omen. When a road was named “Flood Road”, the incident came across as in flooded caused by a storm. “Have a good word” and/or “The consequences follow because of the terms”.

As there are various types of people, when facing miseries some people keep all the trouble, saying prayers and cannot keep themselves calm and thinking negatives but some people can be optimistic about living and death even when they are losing their homes to flood, they content with a cup of coffee float.
